Ignition Control

Manufacturing and storage facilities that handle or create explosive liquid, dust or vapor must develop and  adhere to strict safety protocols. Ignition Control ESD programs are vital to ensure safe facility operation. These programs must be compliant with local, state and federal fire safety requirements.

Now, more than ever, the need for a comprehensive Ignition Control ESD program is imperative in providing a solid foundation for compliance as future fire safety specifications and guidelines become more stringent.

Your facility floor plays a vital role in the success of any Ignition Control ESD program. With its comprehensive product line, technical and contracting support, Protective Industrial Polymers is dedicated to providing fully compliant, turnkey Ignition Control ESD flooring solutions that provide peace of mind both today and in the future.

Protect your company by avoiding the risk from personnel and vehicle movement by eliminating static and mechanical sparking. PIP's proprietary plastic mortars are durable, dissipative and resistant to a wide range of solvents and fuels.  Additionally, our technical sales staff is familiar with NFPA standards and maintains membership in a variety of safety organizations. Protective Industrial Polymers works closely with safety consultants to help our customers develop and implement affordable and effective static and ignition safety programs.
