This pretreatment was developed for use where microbe or fungal growth concerns create the need to permanently hydrostatically seal the slab from within. This product penetrates deep into the concrete slab and forms an aqueous, antimicrobial gel. Subsequent antimicrobial joint fillers, coatings and overlays then complete the system.

A high-performance flooring system consisting of an antimicrobial concrete pretreatment, an antimicrobial epoxy primer and build coat(s) that is top coated with an aliphatic high-performance antimicrobial polymer.

This system is formulated for use in areas such as production and packing rooms, walkways and laboratories where overall chemical resistance and light-reflectance are a requirement.

Antimicrobial Shock-Resistant Mortar System
A high-performance antimicrobial mortar overlay system comprised of an antimicrobial concrete pretreatment followed by an antimicrobial urethane concrete mortar. The system is then sealed with either an antimicrobial urethane concrete finish coat or a high-performance antimicrobial urethane coating.

This system is designed for use in areas requiring durability, impact resistance and resistance to chemical and thermal-shock. Areas of use include food process areas, chemical rooms or any other area where the floor is exposed to aggressive cleaning chemicals and hot and cold water wash downs.

An antimicrobial, decorative flooring system utilizing an antimicrobial concrete pretreatment followed by an antimicrobial epoxy primer. One or two applications of either vinyl flake or quartz aggregate broadcast into antimicrobial epoxy create the system’s decorative base. The system is then sealed with an antimicrobial epoxy and top coated with an antimicrobial , chemical-resistant, high-performance polymer.

This system is ideal for areas that require comprehensive antimicrobial protection combined with durability and aesthetics. Common areas of use include medical labs and corridors, laboratories, cafeterias and restrooms.

Antimicrobial Thermal Shock-Resistant Decorative Mortar System

A decorative, antimicrobial, thermal shock-resistant mortar system consisting of a deep-substrate penetrating antimicrobial concrete pretreatment followed by an antimicrobial urethane concrete overlay broadcast with decorative media. The system is top-coated with an antimicrobial UV-blocking topcoat.
 
This system resurfaces old or damaged concrete and exhibits excellent chemical, wear, abrasion and thermal-shock resistance. Areas of use include production areas, high-traffic corridors or any other areas subject to thermal cycling from hot and cold water washdowns.

This base is top coated with a high-performance antimicrobial urethane.

This system is suited for use in areas where enhanced chemical and wear resistance, as well as UV-stability are a requirement.

Antimicrobial Glass Cloth-Reinforced Wall System
A high-performance antimicrobial wall system consisting of an antimicrobial vertical-substrate concrete pretreatment, followed by an antimicrobial block-filler and an antimicrobial flexible hybrid basecoat reinforced with glass cloth mat. A 2nd application of the flexible hybrid basecoat is applied, followed by an application of an antimicrobial glass and fiber-reinforced epoxy build coat. This base is top coated with a high-performance antimicrobial urethane.

This smooth, easy to wash system is formulated for use in areas where superior chemical resistance, durability and UV-stability are crucial.
