Ignition-Control High-Build Coating System
A general purpose ignition-control coating system consisting of an epoxy primer, followed by either an epoxy or novalac base coat. The system is top coated with either a solvent-resistant ESD epoxy or a high-performance ESD urethane. The base and top coats can be interchanged based on the specific application requirements. Areas of use would include dry rooms, low-RH clean rooms, flammable storage or other areas that handle potentially volatile powder or dust.
Ignition-Control Broadcast System
An industrial grade flooring system consisting of an epoxy primer followed by a novalac build coat with a broadcast of spark-resistant aggregate. The system is grout coated with a novalac epoxy, then top coated with a solvent-resistant ESD-control epoxy. This system is suited for areas that require solvent and spark resistance, combined with enhanced durability. Areas of use would include chemical drum storage areas, warehouses, chemical packaging and production stations.
Ignition-Control Heavy-Duty Mortar System
A heavy-duty ignition control system consisting of an epoxy primer followed by a spark and solvent-resistant epoxy mortar. The system is grout coated with a novalac epoxy and top coated with a solvent-resistant ESD-control epoxy. This system is suited for production areas subject to heavy abuse, aggressive chemical exposure and mechanical or electrical spark ignition risk. Areas of use include flammable or volatile chemical production areas, munitions facilities, or any other areas requiring solvent and ignition protection combined with superior durability.
Ignition-Control Urethane Concrete Mortar System
An ignition-control flooring system consisting of a urethane concrete mortar broadcast with spark-resistant aggregate. The system is sealed with a high-build epoxy and top coated with a high-performance ESD-control urethane. This system is suited for areas that require chemical and spark resistance, combined with easy cleanability. Areas of use would include outdoor containment, or other areas exposed to potential moisture concerns and/or thermal shock.
Ignition-Control Vinyl Ester System
A highly chemical and solvent-resistant ESD Ignition-Control system consisting of a vinyl ester primer, an intermediate vinyl ester coating, top coated with an ESD-control vinyl ester coating. This system is well-suited for areas that are heavily exposed to ignition risk, harsh chemicals and volatile solvents, such as flammable storage areas, packaging areas or process operations.
